Greek Nachos with Tzatziki Sauce

Recipe inspired by:
Kitchen 64's Greek Nachos & Tzatziki sauce from www.allrecipes.com



  • Tortilla chips
  • Lettuce
  • Shredded Chicken
  • Tomatoes
  • Black Olives
  • Banana Peppers
  • Monetary Jack Cheese
  • Feta Cheese

Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt
  • 2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled


Combine all Tzatziki sauce ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate at least an hour.

Assemble nachos and dip chips in the sauce.

Notes & Tips:
This was really good. I used steamed chicken for my chicken and the dill was wonderful!
