- Tortilla chips
- Shredded Chicken
- Black Olives
- Banana Peppers
- Monetary Jack Cheese
- Feta Cheese
- 2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt
- 2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
Combine all Tzatziki sauce ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate at least an hour.
Assemble nachos and dip chips in the sauce.
Notes & Tips:
This was really good. I used steamed chicken for my chicken and the dill was wonderful!
